Delegate ApplicationDelegates must abide by all conditions set forth: - Presence at 100% of General Assembly
- Presence at the September State Council meeting to discuss national bylaw proposals and resolutions
- Dinner the night before GA begins
- Wear clothing decided upon by the State Council
- Spent two hours time working at the Scientific Assembly fundraising booth
